DAYC 2 Bundle
The kit supports assessment in all five domains (cognition, communication, social-emotional, physical, and adaptive behavior).
The kit combines all necessary components (checklists & templates) into one coherent package. This saves the user from hunting for separate resources and ensures consistency in format.
All-in-One
Because parts of the kit are in Word (editable) form, responses and checklist data can be copied and pasted directly into reports. This reduces redundant typing and lowers transcription errors.
Editable
The kit includes checklists organized by age bands (birth to 11 mo, 12-23 mo, etc.) and aligned with the domains being assessed. This helps the assessor know which items are relevant and maintain alignment with the DAYC-2 structure.
Test Specific
